Project Validity Report

Making EPR Data Credible

Lights, Camera, Verification

What is it?

The Project Validity Report serves as an independent verification of the key components that contribute to an Energy Performance Report (EPR). It includes timestamped and geotagged photographic evidence to support its findings.

Purpose?

To document and validate elements of the EPR that may be subject to misrepresentation by assessors or installers. It is important to note that this visit is not intended to evaluate the quality of the installation. However, any significant issues or defects observed during the visit will be noted in the report's comments section.

Why do you need this report?

Many installers have found loopholes in these fields which they can easily falsify to make projects eligible which should not have received any ECO funding or that have received the incorrect amount of ECO funding.

Assess.jpg
