Full EPR's
Our Energy Performance Report (EPR) service offers a detailed and accurate assessment of a property’s energy efficiency, ensuring compliance with the ECO scheme, RdSAP10 conventions and helping you unlock essential funding opportunities. We conduct a thorough onsite visit, evaluating the building’s insulation, heating systems, windows, and overall energy usage. All assessments are completed using Elmhurst-approved software, producing the Site Notes, Energy Performance Report and XMLs
Desktop EPR's
​Our desktop only service offers a fast, efficient, and reliable solution for assessing a property’s energy efficiency without the need for an additional onsite visit. By using comprehensive documentation provided by you; such as floorplans, photographs, EPCs, heating system details, and insulation records. We analyse key building elements including walls, roofs, glazing, and heating systems. This enables us to produce a fully compliant assessment in line with ECO scheme requirements and RdSAP standards, using Elmhurst-accredited software to ensure accuracy and consistency
